I want to remove the shame and stigma from eating because you’re feeling emotional and stressed! The sooner people remove the morality off these behaviours, the sooner they’ll be able to feel more in control of their choices, and it’s absolutely and totally fine to decide that you are going to emotionally eat!
And so, to do that, I’m going to tell you about the time that I felt so desperately in need of chocolate that I resorted to eating cooking chocolate that I found in the back of my pantry! And through that moment I discovered a recipe for one of my favourite chocolate snacks ever!
